Website design & build
A modern, fast, mobile-friendly site — new or a facelift of your current one — built with AI-assisted design on WordPress or a simple editor, so you can update it yourself.
Get found on Google
Google Business Profile, Search Console, analytics, and SEO best practices so your members, neighbours, and newcomers can actually find you.
Bookings, donations & payments
Event calendars, class registration and contact forms, and payments or donations wired in with Stripe and the tools you already use.
Domains, hosting & care
Finding and registering your domain, reliable hosting, Google Workspace email, migrations, and ongoing updates — the technical plumbing, handled.
How it works.
A simple, transparent process — from our first conversation to a site that's live and looked after.

We talk through your goals, your people, and what the site needs to do. You get a clear proposal and quote.

I map the pages and design the look, using modern AI-assisted tools to move fast. You review and approve before we build.
Build
I develop the site and wire up payments, calendars, and forms — plus Google, analytics, and hosting behind the scenes.
Launch & care
We test, launch, and I show you the ropes. After that I'm here for updates and maintenance whenever you need.
Selected work.
Churches, community schools, nonprofits, and small businesses — each one needed something a little different.
Keystone Chrono Works
A refined site for a master watchmaker, built around quotes and appointments.
SciFit Training
A bold gym site where schedules, workouts, and sign-ups are always one tap away.
Czech School of Los Angeles
Class registration, a calendar, and community news in one clear bilingual home.
The investment
Fair, and quoted just for you.
Every project is different, so I give you a clear, fixed quote once we've talked — no surprises. As a rough idea, freshening up an existing site tends to start around $1,000, and a full new build with events and online payments around $2,500. For nonprofits and community groups, just ask — I keep it fair.

About
Hi, I'm Daniel.
I've spent over a decade building websites — first as part of a web studio, where our team shipped sites for all kinds of organizations, and now independently through Comenium. My real strength is the technical side: development, getting you found on Google, payments, domains, email, and the infrastructure behind it all.
Most of the people I work with are the nonprofits, churches, and small community schools near me — places I show up to, that ask if I can lend a hand. Comenium is how I say yes, and I bring that same care to small businesses too.
No jargon, no drama — just a fast, well-made website you're proud of, built by someone who answers your emails.
Common questions.
Do I own my website? +
Yes. Once the project is paid, it's yours — the design, the content, and the site itself. I hand over everything and show you how to manage it.
Where is it hosted, and what about email? +
I'll help you find and register a domain, then set you up on reliable hosting for around $100 a year. For email I recommend Google Workspace on your own domain — it's far more dependable than hosting-based email, and I'll get it running for you.
Can I update the site myself? +
Yes. Every site I build comes with a simple way to edit your own text, images, and events — either WordPress or a lightweight editor — and I'll walk you through it before handover.
How do updates and maintenance work? +
After launch I'm here to update content and images, run backups, and keep things secure and current. Ongoing help is billed at a simple hourly rate — no big retainer required.
Can you move my existing site over? +
Yes — migrations from Wix, Squarespace, or an older WordPress site are no problem. I'll bring your content across and modernize it along the way.
How long does it take? +
A facelift can be a couple of weeks; a full new site is usually a few weeks, depending on scope and how quickly we get content and feedback. We'll set dates together in the proposal.
